EAS brings together EMS association executives, board members, state EMS leaders, and other key stakeholders to collaborate, share ideas, and strengthen EMS associations nationwide.
Organizations whose products, services, and expertise support EMS and the organizations that serve the profession are invited to be a vendor at EAS 2027.
EAS provides an opportunity to build relationships with leaders representing EMS associations, state EMS systems, and organizations from across the country.
Unlike a traditional large-scale trade show, EAS offers vendors the opportunity to engage with attendees in a focused, collaborative environment built around conversation, connection, and strengthening the EMS profession.

Conference registration is not included with the Standard Vendor package. Individuals who wish to attend educational sessions, networking events, conference meals, or other attendee activities must register separately for EAS 2027.

Vendor personnel may staff their organization’s vendor space during designated vendor hours.
The Standard Vendor package does not include conference registration. The Vendor Showcase Sponsorship includes one conference registration.
All other individuals who wish to attend educational sessions, networking events, conference meals, receive conference materials, or participate in other attendee-only activities must register separately for EAS 2027.
Vendor space is limited to nine Standard Vendors and one Vendor Showcase Sponsor.
