Share Your Expertise at the 2027 EAS in Lexington!
The National Registry is seeking engaging speakers, facilitators and thought leaders to help shape the conversation at the 2027 EAS, February 9–11, 2027, in Lexington, Kentucky.
EAS brings together State EMS and Ambulance Association leaders and staff to share ideas, solve common challenges and strengthen the organizations that support the EMS community. Unlike a traditional EMS conference, EAS focuses on the business of running, growing and sustaining successful associations and nonprofit organizations.
We are looking for individuals who can bring practical experience, fresh ideas, proven strategies, research and meaningful perspectives to the challenges association leaders face every day. We also welcome a variety of session formats, including facilitated discussions, working groups, roundtables, interactive sessions and opportunities to develop practical tools and resources participants can take back to their organizations.

The EMS Association Summit (EAS) is the first national event dedicated to bringing together state EMS association leaders, board members, staff, and volunteers. The Summit provides two days of inspiration, idea-sharing, and collaboration designed to strengthen partnerships and help shape the future of EMS nationwide.
