The Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City is approximately 24 miles from Kansas City International Airport (MCI). Depending on traffic, this usually translates to around 20–25 minutes by car.
Schedule, Meals and Entertainment
We’ll kick things off with an informal welcome gathering on Tuesday evening, February 17, as attendees arrive throughout the day.
Summit sessions will be held Wednesday and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with breakfast and lunch provided conveniently near the meeting space.

Transportation
Please note, the hotel does not offer a shuttle service. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport.
